Noel L. called our meeting to order at the Redeemer United Methodist Church at 10:40 a.m. Before the meeting was held Noel L. read a poem entitled “Advice from a Tree”.
NOTE: Since Jim Trainer, our featured speaker on “Trees and Treetures” was a no-show, Jim L. was prevailed upon to give a quick presentation on heritage trees and their locations. Jim also announced that Poulsbo is celebrating their 100th anniversary this year; tree walks are being organized in celebration of the centennial. Information will be available soon. Also Liz J. graciously gave a talk on flower arranging, from picking vases to arranging the flowers.
